[edit] Analytical Methods
Geoarchaeology draws on a diverse range of field, laboratory and cutting-edge specialist analytic techniques. The choice of analytical technique is often best made by a specialist with a clear understanding of the site and the archaeological questions of interest. However, an understanding of the range of techniques available and their application can be useful to both archaeologists and curators when developing research questions and planning resources at the beginning of projects.
